What Will Happen?

Transportation

Upon the death of your pet, simply call Pets Are Family, Too Cremation Service. The most immediate concern will be arranging for the transportation of your pet to one of our locations. Your personal transportation of your pet enables you to say a final good-bye and you will not be charged a transportation fee. If you prefer, we can transport your pet from your residence or a veterinary clinic for a nominal fee (explained further in our price list). If we are transporting your pet from the veterinary clinic, please be certain to tell them to call us and arrange for the transportation from their facility to the pet crematory.

Cremation

Once your pet arrives at the crematory, it will be placed in the pet crematory. The length of the cremation process depends on the weight of your animal, the maximum amount being three hours.

Return of Cremated Remains

You have the option of receiving your pet's cremated remains at one of our many locations in the metropolitan area, or they can be delivered directly to you for a nominal fee (explained further in our price list). *PLEASE NOTE: Some veterinarians have chosen different procedures, please check with them on their specific procedures.

Once you arrive at our location to retrieve your pet's remains, you will have the opportunity to select a container or urn to further memorialize your beloved pet. Our staff is also available to answer any questions you might have about what options you have for your pets remains (burial in pet cemeteries, scattering, etc.)

We accept personal checks, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
